Robert Galinsky is a digital native, facilitator, father, town crier and agitator. He is the founder and "Principal" of the New York Reality TV School – the first and only reality TV school in the world and is an innovator in experiential learning techniques and performance.

Robert helped originate the We Are Family Foundation's program "Mattie's Movie & Poetry Day" and is a proud facilitator and founding team member of the Three Dot Dash Initiative. He has been invited to deliver his "Energizer" program to TEDx Teen in New York City and at the 140 Characters Conference in New York City and Washington DC and Robert is currently Head of Content at YouNow.com <http://YouNow.com/> , a new social TV platform. Robert is also the social media director of Harlem's Jazzmobile.org <http://Jazzmobile.org/>  and VP of Social Marketing at Terra Fossil Wines and is developing a musical he hopes to take to Broadway. He has appeared on numerous media outlets (the VIEW, ABC Nightline News, The Today Show, the Wall Street Journal, Advertising Age, Financial Times, BBC) speaking about authenticity, confidence, humor and personal narrative in performance and in the workplace.

Robert's work as Co-Founder and Executive Producer of the pioneering online TV studio Pseudo.com <http://Pseudo.com/> , is featured in the Sundance Film Festival Grand Jury Award winning film "We Live In Public", which is also in the permanent film collection at the Museum of Modern Art. As an acting and 'public personality' coach his clients include songwriter/vocalist and Academy Award Nominee Charles Mack, and Hip Hop artist/actor 50 Cent. Robert is a member of the faculty at the School of Visual Arts, is a mentor at the Becoming I Foundation, is a member of the Creating WE Institute, the IMPACT Repertory Theatre, the Dramatist Guild, the Drama League, Screen Actors Guild and is a founding member of the Vamos a Sembrar Community Garden, in the Lower East Side of NYC.
