Tech Guy

Paul combines a formal, certified background in enterprise systems and network operations with a strong interest in helping people. He has a BS in Information Systems from SUNY Stony Brook, where he also received a minor in Business Management. After college, Paul took on a number of high profile strategic IT assignments for New York businesses including the New York City Fire Department and Morgan Stanley.

In 2000, Paul spent a year in Europe, working on a critical project to integrate the network systems of Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest, two of Europe’s largest financial institutions.

When he returned to New York, Paul worked with the Port Authority on a project to upgrade the network infrastructure throughout the city's transportation systems, including the Holland and Lincoln tunnels and the Brooklyn Bridge. In 2003, Paul founded Perpetual Systems to serve a need he felt wasn't being met in his industry: top-notch customer service combined with a strong work ethic. In the years since, Perpetual Systems has been successfully filling that need for individuals and small businesses in the Westchester and New York City markets.
