Danielle Giambattista was born and raised in upstate New York, where she attended school and swam for a US Swim Team at Marist College until 1998.  She spent her early years lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons to children of all ages and children with disabilities.  In 2006 she graduated from the world renowned Culinary Institute of America, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management. Since graduation, she has lived and worked in restaurants in Miami, Los Angeles and New York City.

   Danielle started her career in the kitchen cooking, and has since transitioned her talents in to the dining room. She has opened restaurants with such prestigious chefs, as Daniel Boulud in New York City and Gordon Ramsay in Los Angeles. She is currently working with the Friendship Restaurant Group on a restaurant opening dated for June 2010 as well as some free lance consulting work.
