Alice Proujansky

Alice Proujansky is a photojournalist working on a project about birth and culture. She has photographed housing, education, death, food, birth and public policy for the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, BBC, Doctors Without Borders and others.

 

She worked as a teaching artist for eight years, teaching photography with in Crown Heights, Red Hook, Harlem, East New York, the Lower East Side, Washington Heights and beyond.
