Wade Thompson is Executive Director of Unboundary NYC, a satellite office of the Atlanta-based firm Unboundary. He started with the company as a Designer in 2003 and quickly emerged as a strong strategist and writer. For the past five years he's helped clients create and shape the ideas that renew and transform their companies.

Wade sees Design as a fundamental problem-solving tool that can be applied with great result to any impossible challenge. Design has a catalytic effect of turning ideas into action, and this is why it's such a crucial tool for creating our future.

Much of Wade's strength comes from his passion for teaching. He leads students through real-life client projects that tackle large creative and strategic opportunities. It's his goal to help students realize how much the world needs their talent, and the good they can do for the world.
