Tod Martin is President and Chief Executive of Unboundary, a 26-person strategic studio based in Atlanta that works with leaders who want their companies or organizations to be well understood. He began working with the firm in 1994 as a partner, became President in 1999 and became sole owner in 2003. He is actively involved in the high-level strategic planning and creative integrity that are the underpinnings of the firm's work. The firm has been recognized throughout its 20-year history for the creativity and outcomes that have been the hallmarks of its work with leaders at IBM, The Coca-Cola Company, FedEx, Polo Ralph Lauren, Charles Schwab, Dow Jones & Company and Interface.

Tod’s career and success are built on a lifelong passion for art and communications. With 23 years of experience in the advertising and design industries, he has worked in a range of environments – from small start-up firms to global agencies – and with a diverse roster of clients. Prior to joining Unboundary, Tod was Senior Vice President, Account Director at BBDO Worldwide, Atlanta.
