Lauren Lewis is a producer, writer, teacher and entertainment attorney who has developed and produced several Emmy Award-winning educational television series and multimedia brands. She began her work with WAFF in a legal capacity on the We Are Family: A Musical Message for All children’s music video. Prior to joining WAFF full-time, she worked for WGBH as Assets & Contract Manager for the PBS children’s literacy TV series Between the Lions. She was also a founding member of Third Wave Television, Inc., a volunteer nonprofit production company dedicated to empowering women through media, and a legal consultant to the writers of the NBC-TV soap opera Another World.  In addition to her television experience, she has produced large-scale training conferences and educational materials for pharmaceutical clients such as Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Forest Laboratories, Biogen Idec, Elan Corporation, TAP Pharmaceuticals and Teva Neuroscience.
