Jenn is Director of IT, Organization and People Development at Unboundary, a strategic studio based in Atlanta that works with leaders to help their companies or organizations become well understood. In her 11 years at Unboundary, she’s applied her background in graphic design and advertising to a range of roles, maintaining a community- and people-oriented focus in both her professional and personal work.

Her connection with community service began in high school, when she volunteered with Special Olympics Michigan and worked summers counseling children with special needs. Passionate about contributing her time and experience in the community, she makes volunteering a constant in her life. She mentors with Big Brothers/Big Sisters and serves as a member of several Atlanta-based nonprofit organizations. A tri-athlete, kickboxing instructor, former Boot Camp instructor and semi-pro boxer, she recently completed a month-long trip to East Africa, where she spent time volunteering in Rwandan orphanages, as well as teaching group fitness classes to help boost Rwandan women's sense of empowerment and self-esteem.

Jenn assisted in the development of the Three Dot Dash Summit and is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources and Operations.
